"UPDATE April 2026. I stopped by the office in Crozet 2 days ago about a car i had just sold. The business part was easy, the personal convo with Alison was exceptional. I left feeling even more confident about this particular StateFarm office.. I also said hello to some of the other office members. Great! PREVIOUS review- Alison Carr is my go-to person at State Farm (Lauren Morris Agency) in Crozet VA. I have been with State Farm for many many years and when my previous agent retired 6 years ago I temporarily went with a TV-online insurance company to save a few dollars. But their rates went up each year and the savings vanished, plus customer service was non-existent. I ended up changing to Alison Carr at State Farm in Crozet, and wow, what a night-and-day difference. I have several policies and need to change something every few months. A quick email or phone call to Alison and things happen accurately, quickly, and painlessly. I occasionally check around for prices and one policy might be cheaper and one more expensive, but the bottom line does not justify going anywhere else. Alison is personable, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and she is right here locally when I need her help. She checks all the boxes. 100% recommendation."
