"After 5:00 to 6 years of my business with State farm and after I switched to go with a cheaper insurance company and after they called me back and said they could do it for cheaper I went back unfortunately. And now after 6 years of my business they dropped me as a client and they're trying to get me to go with a third party owned by State farm insurer for twice the rate. So not only did they drop me and tried to get me to go with another insurance company that's part of their company for twice the rate they have an open claim that's not letting me get insurance from anyone else. And when I called to discuss this problem they said Oh there's nothing we can do about it they wouldn't make a phone call for me nothing. In the open claim is a woman that I barely bumped I should post a pictures but they have them all anyway barely bumped on the bumper Of course my plate left a pollen print. And they already ruled that there is no property damage yet this woman who claims that she's hurt Of course me and my girlfriend we weren't hurt. Anyway so they're using this open claim against me to try and charge me double. Small town business you think they'd be friendly they don't give two craps about anybody All they want is your money. Yeah they've been super friendly as long as they can try to sell me something. Never again never again will I give some small business My business thinking that I'm doing the world a favor cuz they don't give a crap about anybody but themselves and making money and the agents oh yeah they're super nice on the phone but I'll tell you when your in need they're the first ones to turn their backs."

PREVIOUS review- Alison Carr is my go-to person at State Farm (Lauren Morris Agency) in Crozet VA. I have been with State Farm for many many years and when my previous agent retired 6 years ago I temporarily went with a TV-online insurance company to save a few dollars. But their rates went up each year and the savings vanished, plus customer service was non-existent. I ended up changing to Alison Carr at State Farm in Crozet, and wow, what a night-and-day difference. I have several policies and need to change something every few months. A quick email or phone call to Alison and things happen accurately, quickly, and painlessly. I occasionally check around for prices and one policy might be cheaper and one more expensive, but the bottom line does not justify going anywhere else. Alison is personable, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and she is right here locally when I need her help. She checks all the boxes. 100% recommendation."
